Home Repairs

To help elderly and disabled clients reside in their homes in a safe and secure manner, we offer free minor home repaires which include but are not limited to: painting, replacing windows, caulking, repairing/intstalling flooring, building small porches/wheelchair ramps, and yard clean-up.

The person must be the homeowner and give written permission for us to work on their home. All materials and labor are paid for by Catholic Social Services.

To begin the process, call Mrs. Caroline Duncan at (251)434-1500 to discuss your need and schedule a home visit. Mrs. Duncan and our Home Repair Coordinator will visit you and take pictures of the work you wish to be done. 

We do not do any repairs which require licensed craftsman such as electricians and plumbers. However, in some cases, we may partner with the homeowner to pay a licensed professional to get the project completed.
